This was Uncle Herbert and me up on hill be the well where cattle were watered..barn was to the right..Why did people use to always cover their heads??

I believe so. The back said "A Martha Massey" in a couple different colors of ink. "Massey" probably added later. LOL

I remember that Pacer. Bought it from Mom and Dad and drove the wheels off it then sold it to my sister in law who finished it off several tens of thousands of miles later.

Mamaw said when her Mother was 40 years old she thought would not be around much longer because she was old. She lived to be 72. LOL

LOL, you would not believe the originals of this group. First they were on tin, not paper. I wasn't even sure there was a photo on a couple of them, before i started working on them. It was one of the best challenges yet, but has been worth the effort.

Tony, I need some technical assistance. Whenever I click on options to try to download this picture (and sometimes others) a name will pop us that has been tagged and want let me download. Is thaiar a way around this.

It is a Facebook thing, they have been having some technical issues. I haven't helped by loading so many files. If you give it a little time and go back, it will normally work.

Mommy told me that when she was pregnant with me she lost both her mommy and daddy. 6 months apart and she always told me its a miracle that I live because of all she went through. So they never got to see me. But God let me live for a reason, to be a good servant for him.
